Linkedin HC process?
could someone explain the role of the hiring committee at linkedin? do they review after every round or only final round? engineering management role. TC: 325k YOE: 12

We have several hiring committees but theyβre a group of engineering directors and managers that evaluate how you do at TPS/onsite and determine if youβre going to be moving to the next step and ultimately decide your level.
Next step being round 2 onsite? Iβve heard there can be several onsite rounds but my recruiter isnβt super helpful explaining the process.

For managers itβs two onsites; most IC roles are just one onsite unless HC needs you to re-do a module
They kind of just jerk each other off and then look at some ink blots.
