Lunch breaks...?
What does everyone do on their lunch breaks? - As for me, I try to come out of the office and go for a walk and get some lights meal so I won't be too heavy. - I like to disconnect from work at least for the hour. From time to time I make or schedule personal calls. - Phone interviews with my shortlisted companies
Work through lunch
Same here, I get that extra 5 hours a week to be off the clock and away from the office entirely
Gym for an hour. less crowded than pre/post work hours and can wake yourself up midday
+1. Cannot do without it.
Try to get outside and get some sun and relaxation out of work. I make sure to take time to unwind a bit.

Watch YouTube.. then cancel the rest of my afternoon meetings cause I watch more YT
