Lyft T5 offer
What is a reasonable ask? Would rather give the recruiter a basis point rather than have them come in with a lowball. Have competing offers as well.
195k base, 430k total. Anything less than that is a lowball.

Yup, heard of several people that were able to get a similar offer because they pushed for it. This should be especially easy since the OP has multiple other offers. I’d still go to Uber even for a slightly lower base and total comp. I know several people that are planning on boomeranging back to uber once they hit their one year cliff and collect their bonus because they didn’t realize how much farther behind Lyft was until they got there. Lyft is only a better option if you value a higher base.
