MSFT SWE fulltime offer, where else should I apply

I interned at MSFT in seattle this summer and received a full time offer after I graduate (undergrad) in may 2020. The offer is 110k base, 120k stock, and 30k signing. It seems like I am supposed to negotiate in some way, but I feel uncomfortable doing that without another offer. I obviously dont want to waste my time interviewing for companys that will give me a worse offer, but I am not sure where to apply to. I am not for sure going to accept Microsoft, but I liked it enough to not accept a worse offer. So basically I am asking for advice on where to go now are other companies better for growth? (it seems like slow promotion at msft) should I take this offer but still try to negotiate?

Fb, google, snap, Dropbox, twitter, Pinterest, and lyft are some public companies in Seattle that could offer u more.

With an existing offer from Microsoft, you are in a catbird seat. You have nothing to lose by interviewing elsewhere. If you get an offer and it’s higher, you will have the leverage to negotiate. If you don’t even want to try that, then your chances of getting any other higher or lower offer is zero. But even without another offer, always negotiate. It is good for practice anyway if you plan to stay in the industry. 😀 Short-term growth depends on the team you will be joining at MS. But since you can always move internally after 6 months, long term growth is solely on you.
