Consulting or advisory? Advisory that looks correct. Consulting should be 160k-180k base
There is no way they're paying you that poorly.
I know ppl in Deloitte as a consulting manager making about 130k because they stayed there their whole career... you should never, ever commit to one consulting firm for that long, you should have jumped ships long ago. That said, the above advice only applies to non-MBB consulting firms.

Yeah ... you need to bounce. Go to a client or just anywhere .... if you “love” consulting you can always come back for double the salary...
