Has anyone looked into these? Condos for 900- 1.5mil but it's right opposite to BART. Views?

Buy the same one in milpitas near bart for 1 mn. Once bart opens, milpitas condo will catch up too. Also warm spring condos go to kennedy high, which is 6 rated and milpitas high is like 8.5. Milpitas bart is also walking to a stratford if you are looking for private schools.
Milpitas condos have the smell problem while toll brothers in warm springs doesn’t. If you can live with the smell yes Milpitas is closer to many companies than warm springs
