Folks, what should be the total comp expectation for an L63 Sr Data Scientist and L63 Sr Business PM in Redmond. How much should be expected for individual components (base/sign on/RSU) of the TC? Thanks.

Sr and level 63 don’t go hand in hand. Shoot for L65 or L66

The bands as it relates to Senior roles is different in the Research org. So a Data Scientist in Research 63/64 and Senior Data Scientist is 65/66 in that org.
