Microsoft and LinkedIn benefits

They are different

LinkedIn has way better benefits and free food. Microsoft won’t even give you a chocolate bar for free, let alone food. All the snacks are kept behind a vending machine. Also more importantly, there’s no cafes open for dinner, and this doesn’t mean we don’t have a late night working culture, we do (heavily). LinkedIn also has better vacation benefits

LinkedIn has superior benefits (including MS stock), but there is arguably more interesting scope and variety of work at MS.
