Microsoft level 60 to Amazon sde 2
Is it possible to move from 60 to amazon sde 2? Been at 59 for 10 months and 60 for 4 months now TC 118k, 60k, 15k joining

You can do it but interview will be pretty tough, not to mention getting an interview can be tough too. Make sure skulls line up nicely with job reqs

Nobody cares about the level you currently at. It's just the yoe and interviews that decides your level at new place.
This. If you have at least 3yoe, you have a shot at sde2, but you have to demonstrate you were leading technical decisions, otherwise it's sde1
I interviewed for a SDE2 role at AMZN recently, & I'm L60 at MSFT. So it's possible.
