Base- 150k RSU- 22k No sign on bonus Target bonus - 30% YOE- 3.5 Posting on behalf of a friend. Does this seem like a reasonable offer for CSA position? He doesn’t have a competing offer. Also, what level this might be? The recruiter is not revealing the grade level. Any scope of negotiation for the stock grant ?
