Microsoft referral for full stack engineer please?

I'm desperately looking for a referral in Bay Area for a full stack or backend position for Microsoft. I have a bunch of on-sites lined up and I want Microsoft there. Please refer me? I want to move as quickly as possible YOE 4.5 TC 220

Just curious, why switch to Msft from Amazon. Won't you get better pay at Amazon itself ? Internal transfer ?

No Amazon doesn't treat it's employees well. This is bad for morale. I want a company that treats it's employees well.
