Microsoft senior BD

Hello, I have a preliminary offer (before big interviews) for 168k base, 25k cash, 25k stocks annually and 50k sign on. It is a senior BD role. Is this adequate for this level in Redmond? I have about 12yrs experience in the field, but not in the same industry (which is why I’m interested). Thanks for any help!
