Moving to Credit Karma
Have a potential offer with them to switch. How's the company in general ? Was amazed by the number of perks they have onsite. Also, I am in South Bay.. how flexible are they with remote option 1/2 times during the week ? Still negotiating offer, so not sure on numbers. Have a competing offer from a startup also.
They’re a good company. I too was impressed when interviewing. However they aren’t super open to remote work.
Remote: depends on the team/manager. As a whole, the company isn't centered around remote work, so you'll have a harder time if you are working remote.
If your looking to work remote 40% of the days then credit karma won't be for you. Most managers will have a problem with you being away even one day a week on average.
I commute every day from South Bay and I would be personally offended if you get to wfh.
