OP did you finally join? How's the experience?
I did not. Right before I joined one of the founders (vp of eng) left and that along with some odd interactions led me to believe it wasn't a great fit.

Also how is Strategy and Planning team?
I know some folks that have recently joined. Seems like they went through some growing pains previously and some people were looking to leave but maybe that has changed with a new VPE and recent large round of funding.
