Negotiating full time new grad after multiple internships
Expecting a full time offer soon from the team I worked on last summer at Apple. Did 3 internships at Apple with two teams. What level/TC should I expect? Is it possible to hit ICT3 just based on 9mo worth of internships?
I did one internship with them and had 4 other offers but they stuck at ICT2
I did one internship of 9 months and got itc3! Definitely possible - have competing offers
I know several people who did internships here that got IC3 off the bat. From what I have figured is that is more up to the org you are going to.
FWIW, I suggest starting as ICT2. You get paid overtime and a promotion to ICT3 not long after with RSU.
That’s interesting. Would the higher base and rsu for ict2 not outweigh the the overtime and promotion bump?
To be honest, I don’t know for sure, but I think ICT2+overtime+promo is going to be worth it (plus the psychological fact of getting promoted, which would take years before reaching ICT4).
