Is it OK to negotiate after accepting offer and H1B transfer? I thought I squeezed out top dollar from the company, but recently i came to know about people earning a bit more at the same position Now im feeling sad.
Would u do the same if u get to know you were offered the highest salary for that position. I mean ask to reduce it 😊
They’re paying thousands for your visa. My personal advice is to suck it up and negotiate better next time unless you have REALLY COMPELLING cause to justify a raise now that perhaps you didn’t during the prior negotiations. You can always ask but don’t be surprised if the answer is some variation of “no” or “fuck off, next candidate.”
It's in very poor taste and could really set a bad start as this destroys trust. You accepted, accept your decision and try again another day or move to somewhere else. The only caveat to this is a competing offer.
That's a great way to get your offer rescinded. Your best bet is to get a competing offer and...well...take the competing offer.
No it’s not
It is very bad form to the point of being rude. You are begging to have your “offer” either rescinded or your paperwork really slowed down to zero velocity
Yeah happens to me .. but no choice, it is a lesson to learn. I hate some recruiters when they try to convince you it is a "high" offer but it is in fact a bit below average.
If you think you got top dollar before - why the fuck are you even sad you pansy ... gtfo
You forgot that maybe that ppl that get paid a bit more are a bit better than you... Or longer at the company or both... Any hiring manager that respect himself, would tell you to fuck of and cancel the offer.... BTW looking back, regretting your and trying to change them, is the best way to fuck up everything... It is what it is... Shut up and sick it in for now... Use it as a lesson to unprove next time....
