What are some general numbers for frontend engineering salaries at Netflix? How do they compare to other companies?

Very competitive, as you can imagine. Have not seen any difference from other eng positions. 300 ~ 500k is a broad range but realistic. Depends much on experience too. More common scenario is to start at the lower range. TC 405

300-500 is a pretty accurate range. I personally make over 500 but have proven myself as a lead engineer at the company over several years. Remember they also give 5% of free stock options each month as well.
Higher than everyone else
I am aware of that, was looking for a ballpark number of possible.
