New Amazon SDE II - Tips & Tricks?

Obviously, I pushed them hard in negotiation. Expectations will be high, I can deal with that.
Wondering if anyone has insightful tips on how to exceed at Amazon? Useful internal sites, not well known benefits, ways to get help or resources that aren't obvious (e.g. Microsoft had a mentor list), culture tips, etc.
And I know people are going to say I'm lying. Feel free to PM me. I'll share my team, manager, and screenshot of offer letter for proof if it helps me get more context that could help.

Salesforce (I actually signed with them and reneged when Amazon came to that number)
Google (sort of, they want me to do another loop. I never told Amazon I had or hadn't got an offer, just that their process was taking longer than I preferred so I wanted to negotiate anyway - I ended up turning it down)
