New Grad @UIUC Looking for referrals

I'm almost certain if I throw my resume into a hat of applications I'm not going to get my foot in the door for an interview, so I'm turning to Blind for help.

Any UofI alum, engineer, or PM at Twitter (other companies also welcome) willing to refer a new grad? I'm assuming it's a win-win because if I get hired to person who referred me gets a decent bonus for referring the new hire...

Prior experience SWE @Johnson&Johnson, Product Designer @Jump Capital.
PM for e-mail + resume + linkedin.
Thanks!!

Have you tried just shotgunning a bunch of applications? You’ll probably get some interviews. The more you apply, the more interviews you’ll get

What’s your degree in? ECE? CS? CS+X? Use the repher.me website, someone should be at least willing to refer you on there if nothing else works.
