New grad - 12 month lease
Hi everyone, I’m starting my first ft job soon at one of faang, but I feel uneasy about signing a 12-month lease. I need to retake a course over the summer on the side in order to graduate, and I’m worried that my offer may become rescinded because of this and I’ll be stuck with a 12-month lease I wouldn’t be able to get out of. What should I do? Airbnb for a few months until after I finish the summer online course?

Considering your uneasy, look for a shorter term lease....or you can yolo that shit and just feel the pressure. Debt’s a great motivator.
I stayed at an Airbnb for my first 3 months before signing. Worked great for me and it's about the same price as getting your own place.
You are worried about failing the course or something?
Worried about rescind since I need to take a course over the summer while I work.
Use Craigslist to find a roommate month to month.
