OCI IC3 offer
I received an offer for IC3 for a core team in OCI. Base:160 Sign on: 10k RSU : 80k/yr TC: 250K YOE: Just <6 Location: Seattle I feel it's a bit low-balled, and manager doesn't seem to be too keen to revise the numbers. Not sure if it's a tactic. Can someone advice? Current TC: 215 - L5 Amazon

Why do you feel it’s a low ball? Don’t say someone else got better numbers. That’s not how it works and you know it.
