Depends on the team and your level. I was at oath as a new grad and learned nothing (did only one project in a year and we didn’t ship it). It was honestly a waste of my time.

Good base but v low RSUs, which vest in yearly chunks (lol wtf) and even the 401k match has 3 yr vest. Increasingly poor benefits, same plans as verizon, who somehow think tech workers will be happy with same plans as unskilled cell phone store workers
