If one interviewed at google and all interviewers gave "hire" recommendations, what would be the chance of getting an offer?
High, but not 100%. VP may not like you. You may fail background checks. Things could happen
Isn’t background check happening after the offer is accepted?
Thanks
Very high possibility of getting hired. I would say 90%
Thanks.
The question is how do you know individual feedback from interviewers
Maybe only people in HC knows answer.
Just wait. It really depends on feedback. I had hire from all interviewers at Facebook and HC rejected. So, anything can happen.
No. I'm not interviewing now. I recently did some mock interviews and the feedbacks are "hire". So Facebook HC rejected you and you join Google?
Which mock interviews did you try which gave you Google like feedback ?
Well there’s variations of hire. Leaning hire, hire, and strong hire. If you get 4 Leaning Hire, you have an okay chance (very possibly rejected). IMO it’s better to have two H, one LH, and one Leaning No Hire then 4 LH, since some interviewers seem more passionate about hiring you. Either way, the HC will take a look at feedback.
Ok. thanks. is Leaning hire same as weak hire?
...is there a way to see your ratings after joining Google? I'm curious about my performance during on-sites. Recruiter wouldn't tell me jack .
0%. Needs 2 Strong hire, 1 hire this guy or I quit, and the hiring manager needs to submit a 2000 word essay and get at least a B+
8 balls says: I know, won’t tell.
What do you mean by "8 balls says"?
I would say: Google it!
