Offer from Apple
Have the call today with the HR to discuss the offer expectations. Should I tell my expectation upfront or ask him to go first. Thanks

Let them offer, express clearly your disappointment (if you are, and if you have a credible alternative) and negotiate from there. I was only able to negotiate an increase around 10% from their initial offer, but I think it was pretty good too begin with.
Ask them to go first
Negotiation 101, go first, say an absurd number, then let them get back to reality
If you ask absurd number like $1 mil, they will move on. Risky move unless you have competing offers.
