Oracle to Google transition experience
Is the experience after moving from Oracle to Google something like moving from India to the US .. more like moving from a third world country to a developed nation?
Nothing much. Google is also mostly boring as hell.

It has been an easy transition. Similar challenges, but Google does not have good software project management tools but has a superior code development environment. I can review my exec CLs in seconds versus days of waiting for access to their Jira tickets or Confluence site.
Kurian how about team collaboration, refreshes etc. Heard it's more bottom up rather than top down which is typical at Oracle? How about competency. Are they a notch higher?
Google is more collaborative and less top down. Google Dev talent is 1 notch above OCI.
Both are coasting....
