E1 = new grad - 3 years E2 = 3 years + E3 = tech leas/manager/senior SWE Technically speaking, at Oscar we don’t downlevel that much. In fact I have seen many peers recommended candidates for E2 straight out of school... I usually argue that’s way too early, but it’s up to HC. Anyway, i don’t have a lot of data around E3, since we are a small company and barely anyone from Oscar comes here. Anyway these are base numbers: E1 = 130k - 150k E2 = 150k - 180k E3 = probably 180 to 200k depends on how desperate they want you. But take the number with grain of salt. For e1 they give options around 3000 units while e2 around 4000-5500 options I have seen those numbers. Your best bet is to compete what you make at Bloomberg (all cash). As far as option goes, I can’t disclose the strike price but currently it’s reasonably low and the buyback price of the last liquidity event after new round of investment was double of the strike price. Let me know if you are comfortable to share once you get a number. It helps me and others to compile that data. I am E2.

Fuck. This reply is magical. If only the rest of blind could be more like this. Thumbs up for you.

E3 numbers go a bit higher. I think you can get more options as well.
