PM interview at Netflix

An ex-colleague of mine is interested in interviewing for a PM position (product innovation) at Netflix. What does the interview cover? Any topics to particularly prepare for? As the case with any position at Netflix, I have already adviced her to be thoroughly familiar with NETFLIX culture and be prepared for a discussion on it. But, being an engineer myself I don't really know how Netflix conducts PM interviews. thanks.
