Pairing technical folks with sales/marketing folks

I'm able to build almost all types of SaaS web apps and mobile apps in such a short period of time (days or weeks). I would like to start a startup and I can handle most of the technical aspect of things starting from building from scratch myself and if things work out building a team around it. I am however not so great when it comes to sales and marketing and coming up with brilliant ideas to market to consumers. Are there people out there who are great at marketing and sales with practical ideas that can be marketed towards end-user consumers or Blind is for tech folks like myself only? Thank you
