Paypal provides an individual budget that could be applied towards books, education etc. How have you used it and what sort of certifications have you pursued? Can it apply to out of state programs too ?
The benefits can be applied to anything your boss signs off on. Technically, they require the education to benefit your career within PayPal in some way. Most degrees/certifications you can swing.
I have a bachelors of business analytics & project management & MBA that qualified. I also plan to look into PMP & Risk Assessment certifications that would qualify as well.
