Go for Prosper or lending club. I got ~6% APR for a 15k loan with Prosper. Similar credit profile.

If you need it for a year or so, try getting a credit card with 0% balance transfer. There will be a 3% fee but it will still be a good deal

Personal loan dcu was best rate for me ..I used them even for auto loan..and they are very popular among international students and h1b for auto loan. You should get their best rate if you have credit greater than 720.

Just use your credit card if you have enough limit.

Bank of the West. There are many services like Prosper and Earnest as well. I have used both and they are good.

You can seek a personal loan from a friend too. Offer him 3% apr should save you a lot in interest and make him some money as well.

You can use a credit union. I used Stanford Federal Credit Union once. You can also use your car to get 120% of its current KBB value if it is less than 5 years old.
