I hate having to use your name everywhere in a sentence because I don’t want to assume people or otherkin’s pronouns.
Snowflakes at their finest
Just common decency
Stop forcing your “decency” down peoples throat
The lady on this post is right
wtf is a pronoun ?
Do you want to be called “they” ?
You can call me whatever you want. Nobody can pronounce my name anyways. If I got offended every time somebody addressed me the wrong way, I'd be in therapy 100% of the time given how foreign language ignorant the US are.
We should just say "ta" for everybody.
Here is another idea, why do we try to separate he or she? Why can't we just just a single pronoun to refer to everyone? How about start to just call everyone "ze" or something and there will be no question need to ask/ different pronoun for different person!
What if someone identifies as a ‘xe’?
That pronoun already exists. It’s “they”. It’s English language and would be silly if it didn’t. Now, the issue is that apparently some people don’t like being referred to as “they” though, so your idea does not make everyone happy.
Ugh
You could go ‘Pronouns or GTFO’
Here we go again
Use the name of the user or the name of the company or GTFO.
It's much easier to always use just names. In addition to gender issues, pronouns often are not obviously referencing the intended person. I often ask: who is she? Or what is what. Etc.
I think a mixture is good
