If they’ve shared their email with you, it’s a polite thing to do. But don’t stalk them to find their email address or send a LinkedIn message.

Usually just after the on-site.

Usually to whoever shared their emails or just a note to recruiter thanking everyone for their time.

Always, for every interview, to everyone who interviewed me. It's a total PITA but it helps me stand out.

Usually after onsite and to recruiter to tell thank you to everybody involved and describe what I liked about the interview.

Sending an e-mail is the worst idea ever. Normally you don’t even have the email... so what are you? Some kind of stalker?

There have been threads and polls about this before and the overwhelming sentiment was hell no. You never even have the email of your interviewers.

I send them after five days as a reminder I'm still alive.
