Few of the companies has reached out to me for different roles for their organization. They always talk about the equity numbers. My question is how to know the potential stock price of an pre ipo stocks. As if company A says 10000 stocks and company B says 20000 stocks , which is better offer . And how can we compare the pre ipo stocks unrealized potential to my current stock which would be realized if I continue to stay.
equidate.com use latest value multiply by number of shares then for 0.6 that's the possible value you'd be getting after taxes assuming RSUs
Ask percent of company the shares equal and current company valuation. Impossible to assess without knowing that
Ask about the evaluation at last round and how many shares they have and much were they diluted during said round.
Is this information available anywhere in public domain or is it mostly private? Once I asked they told they option is currently going for 5 dollar for a stock. Would you mind giving an example , how I calculate the stock price. Especially with "how much were diluted"
And how to use that info?
