Not getting a green card, eb2. I'm 30 now, don't want to be standing in line outside consulate at age 45 with wife and kids and looking pleadingly at the visa officer's eyes every two years.

OP - did you move back and if so what company did you join and package?
Idk how much PMs get in India, but I can tell you that devs with similar exp (3-4 yrs) can get 25-40 LPA at comparable companies.
