Put signon bonus in Google Deferred Compensation Plan

I am about to join Google and have 50k signon bonus and know that Google has a benefit DCP (Deferred Compensation Plan) which allows putting bonus on pretax basis. Can I quickly set up the plan in the first month and put the signon bonus to it? Thanks.

Thanks.. Then this benefit is not useful for most employees.
