Qualtrics offer in Seattle

I have an offer for qualtrics in Seattle. It is for L5 and I wanted to see if I was getting the short end of the stick here. Base pay: 175k Cash sign on: 30k Signing stock: 180k over 3 years Currently a PM at Microsoft with 6 yoe. Current TC is 175k. Would like your advice on whether this is a standard offer from qualtrics, and if I should realistically consider taking it. Thank you.

Not sure, I think it's probably closer to Amazon L5

Microsoft Throw554 Sep 17, 2019

L5 is senior here. People who are already L5/L62 at Amazon/Microsoft come in as L5

Stocks seem a bit low

Microsoft temp_ Sep 15, 2019

Exactly what I got earlier this year except the base was 190

Microsoft hdii65rg Sep 15, 2019

What did you end up doing? Were you able to negotiate?

Microsoft temp_ Sep 15, 2019

I didn't. I had some other offers so I chose another place.

Any idea about the L6 compensation at Qualtrics?

Qualtrics QREP11 Sep 16, 2019

Lol this offer trash

Microsoft hdii65rg Sep 16, 2019

What would you expect it to be?

Qualtrics QREP11 Sep 16, 2019

More than SDE2 TC at most companies, honestly laughable that L5 offer is 250k

Qualtrics qul Sep 16, 2019

Agree, all of our new offers have been awful without RSUs propping them up.

Microsoft hdii65rg Sep 16, 2019

What should an L5 offer be

Qualtrics qul Sep 17, 2019

Around 300 TC
