Qualtrics offer in Seattle
I have an offer for qualtrics in Seattle. It is for L5 and I wanted to see if I was getting the short end of the stick here. Base pay: 175k Cash sign on: 30k Signing stock: 180k over 3 years Currently a PM at Microsoft with 6 yoe. Current TC is 175k. Would like your advice on whether this is a standard offer from qualtrics, and if I should realistically consider taking it. Thank you.

L5 is senior here. People who are already L5/L62 at Amazon/Microsoft come in as L5
Stocks seem a bit low

I didn't. I had some other offers so I chose another place.

Took forever, like 3 weeks or something

More than SDE2 TC at most companies, honestly laughable that L5 offer is 250k
Agree, all of our new offers have been awful without RSUs propping them up.
