Not necessarily. Depending on the specific role it may be more or less significant.

I passed HC, could you help me match with your team?
What did you pass for? You’ll likely have to pass the quantum HC for this, not just general SWE. That’s been the case for our hires so far.
Yeah, it’s swe HC. So this position will need physics test during onsite?
Any Seattle based role will open?
Any SWE positions open? I'm interested in transferring but don't have any background in quantum computing unfortunately
