What’s the source?
Dead cat bounce.
Turns out high employment, rising wages, and cheap debt doesn't cause a recession. I'm shocked! Next you are gonna tell me this will be bad for housing!

I'm worried when everyone in CA,NY,NJ sees their new higher tax bills this year it's going to cause people to sell again to cover their unexpected tax hit.
I am starting to sell now.
Most will have lower taxes, the salt cap only impacts primary home and the lower rate will offset a lot of the lost deductions. I'm in ca and saving a lot. The cut is ludicrous given the debt but whatever, thanks Republicans.
Wasn’t there someone from FB on here who made a big thread a week or so ago saying he sold everything cause he thought the markets were crashing? He deleted the post 😂
Dead cat bounce That said, I bought all the way down because a declining market is good for people who are net buyers. Sucks for my retired parents though.
