My property is listed as an R-5-P zone and is located in unincorporated King County. What does that exactly mean and is that a good or bad thing for when I want to sell? Does this mean I can subdivide or build a duplex on 1.5+ acre lot?
What he said. What makes you think people in this forum would be able to accurately answer that... And if you do and would trust it, you're an idiot
I’ve actually seen a lot of folks ask real estate questions and get great answers here, so hoping folks that are well-versed in other things outside of talking about comp would chime in. Clearly that’s not you, but thanks for taking the time to let me know that you don’t know the answer....super helpful 👍🏼
See the answer below mine. This is not a local forum
OP, the issue is that zoning is (hyper)-local. Unless someone else is in the same county, the answers won’t apply.
This is not a real estate forum. This is a TC e-penis measuring forum. try reddit.com/r/realestate
Thanks, I’ll try posting there as well!
