We hire software engineers right out of college, experienced PMs, and experienced engineers. Good company that will go public soon. We generally don't sponsor except for exceptional circumstances. Happy to refer anyone. We also have a training program for folks who can't hack eng yet, but want to learn. Pm me if you want a referral. Seattle and Utah. It's no FANG, but it will get you there if that's your interest
Yeah,we do. I'm not 100% on what the TC is, but I know it's solid. I see a lot of our EMs driving sweet cars etc. Generally looking for someone with a couple years of Dev experience and some leadership for an EM. We also hire people who want to get out of straight engineering into tech program manager roles
So no H1Bs?
No h1b except for senior PMs and senior software devs. Sorry.
No issue it's okay but why don't you guys mention that in the job listings. It will save trouble for both parties. I did my college in utah , qualtrics gave many talks about how good they are and growth rate, what are they looking for. But simply failed to mention most important thing. and some internationals were wandering why are they not getting calls even though they have good profile. I'm not at university anymore but one suggestion - you guys should put board in hiring event and career fairs saying no h1b. It will save lot of time of recruiting team. I have seen few companies doing it. No hard feelings. Thx
It's a good suggestion. Personally I don't think like the no h1b policy. The reason I don't think they want to put it on the posting is we will do, it but only in rare circumstances for a couple positions
Do you hire EMs externally?
