Response to H1 RFE

i got RFE last month about beneficiary qualification. Fragomen has been freaking slow in responding emails and getting details Today after 4 weeks of getting RFE, they responded with next steps - Sent a doc for hiring manager to fill - Asking for external evaluation which can take 4 weeks My question is : It appears there is no action on me but do i need to ensure anything ? like reviewing external evaluation or what hiring manager fills in that doc? How are the approval chances? and my transfer was filed in premium. So i assume when response is filed , it is processed in premium? For fyi: i have 13 yoe in software fied and BE in electronics. and new employer is Amazon
