Right role and level to apply?

I have 10 yoe as a full stack developer. Low-Medium traffic web sites and web services. Completed a couple of medium sized projects on my own for small companies. Developing internal tools and services at MS. Nothing fancy. Proficient: c#, t-sql, nosql, testing, windows forms, wcf soap&rest, js, css, cosmos, scope, asp dot net mvc, iis, reporting. Ok: Data structures and algorithms, multithreading, software design, Java, Network, security, operating systems. I don't like what I am doing and not feeling happy. I want to work in a role that I can gather, clean and analyse data, use data to make decisions, apply machine learning models (not research), investigate trends and user/customer behaviors etc. I have a 2-year computer programming degree from a shitty college & not much success so far. I am just an average joe but hard-working and have good communication skills, outgoing personality. I love brainstorming, talking about new ideas and have entrepreneurial mindset. I am a family oriented, friendly and caring person in general and don't like to play politics. I read a lot of human psychology and self help books. What kind of roles or what companies can I work at with these credentials? What roles and levels should I apply? I appreciate a little bit of guidance from experienced folks in the USA. I have been here for a few years and just got my green card. Thanks!

I assume u are L63/L64 at msft. This is Mid-senior positions at all companies. Check levels.fyi which gives you a fair comparison of your level at other companies. At amazon you will be a L5

Thanks so much man

Fake that you are L65 and prepare/give interviews for L5 outside. Trust me you can do it

Thanks bro. It's good to know. I wasn't expecting that I could get a L5 role.
