I'm currently a hands-on SDM. I have an Eng Manager interview coming up with GoDaddy. Looking for advise on what to expect and how to best bolster my prep, caveats, etc. How much of a technical eval along with the leadership eval? Do I need to LC hard too? ANY feedback would be greatly appreciated as there are 0 search results on Glassdoor. Here's my current prep agenda: perusing the cursory details about the role/project (customized experiences) and imagining some of the project's challenges and how I'd approach them, reflecting on my past experiences, key metrics and outcomes, challenges tackled, failures & lessons, my management framework and style specifics, reading up on GoDaddy's company values, and, of course, hands-on domain knowledge-related questions, architecture of my past projects, etc.
How did it go?
Unfortunately I didn't make it past the initial call which was focused mostly on background, experiences, etc
Which team is this for? The process might be different based on the team
Something with customized experiences in the website builder
Got it, that would be PNCX group. Focus areas should be: People development, managing underperformers, cross team collaboration, conflict management, introducing new technology or process in a larger group
