What's EA Redwood City culture and office like? How much lower/higher will the compensation be on average compared to other companies in the area including smaller startups vs larger tech companies?

Culture depends on the team. Base and bonus can be competitive but rsu is pennies
Larger tech company. I used to work there. HATED IT. Maybe things have changed since.
Most tech jobs will pay much more. The EARS campus is pretty nice, good buildings, great cafeteria etc.
