Depending on which group you are and how badly the position needs to be filled. For sure there is no sign on bonus or performance bonus. There are some spot bonus program, which is given, but is never discussed openly. Not everyone gets it. Salary increase is between 3-10% and RSU grant can be from 20-100% of base salary.
It's fine. Think long term. The opportunies to transfer internally are endless
