Salesforce : H1b Transfer - Can you start with Receipt Notice?
My H1b transfer is in process with Salesforce and just got an RFE. Even though it is premium, it adds timeline I have no control over. Does Salesforce allows people to join work with the H1b Receipt Notice? Please let me know so that I can talk to my recruiter accordingly. Thank you.

Not recommended to start without an actual transfer. Also ideally do not resign at your current place before the actual transfer

Ya I m in same boat lawyers at Salesforce are slow and lazy. I wonder if RFE turns to be reject what are my options?
