Salesforce Headcount
Recruiter told that all the interviewer's feedback was positive but there is no HC for the team. Will fwd profile and interview feedback to other teams in same org. Has anyone faced this before ?
Headcount at SFDC is very fluid. Position could have been available with headcount, but then a higher up took the headcount to give to another group that had a candidate immediately ready—or trades for a favor/deal.
I was in a similar position and eventually got in. I reserve my comments on the company since I just joined but so far so more or less

I did actually but it was more light
Yeah we have reorgs a lot.
I've faced it as a manager as SFDC. Finally found the right person after a two month search and right before giving an offer, HC was allocated somewhere else. I got new HC a month later, but it was too late. HC reallocation can happen.
That is sad man. But you can't help it.
Yup. Annoying, but a fact of life. When you're in a big company, you have a lot of resources at your disposal, but you have to be ok with the fact that your priorities aren't necessarily exactly the same as your organization's priorities.
Happens at Salesforce and other companies all the time. May be they filled the role with someone or some re org .... good for you. Welcome to Salesforce . You will like it here .
