Secondary markets for startup shares

Anyone here used Equidate to do a forward transaction and get liquidity from their startup shares? I heard they do a lot of business with Airbnb shareholders even though Airbnb doesn't allow secondary sales. If so - how was the experience and what kind of risk does it entail? Any chance Airbnb etc will try to sue you?
