Senior Machine learning engineer
Will be discussing an offer. How much RSU per year I can expect. PhD and 5+ years of experience in machine learning. How is the work culture like?

Think about FAANG offers as a ceiling - for Level 5 / Level 6 depending on your level discussions with the company. Search blind for example offers. ML offers tend to be on the higher end of the band for example my E5 FB *ML Engineer* offer after PhD+2yrs (a yr ago) was 195k base, 15% bonus, 800k RSUs, 100k sign on (this was the best they could do for E5).
