what is the difficulty level and what kind of questions to expect for phone interview at ServiceNow ? any tips are welcome. I am very anxious and nervous.

How long does it take to get to round 2. I've completed my first onsite 2 weeks+ ago and haven't heard back yet. They said they're still conducting interviews

Again, it depends. Company goal is to get back to people whether we proceed or not, but some teams might not do that. It could very well be that they are legitimately still interviewing.and are just taking their time with it. It would be 100% ok to follow up with you recruiting/hr contact and just ask if anything's changed
